Shipping policy

Please make sure all the information you supply is correct. Any cancellations after orders are processed are subject to restocking charges.

• Shipping & handling are not included in the item prices.
• Federal, state or city tax is not included in the item/unit price. State tax is collected for Nevada only.
• Most orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 days of order placement. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders are processed in the same order in which they are received.
• When shipped by UPS or USPS ground or truck, allow 5 to 10 business days after shipment for delivery. Air delivery is available upon request for most items.
• Most RoTak orders are shipped USPS or UPS ground service. If too large or heavy for USPS or UPS, RoTak will ship by other carrier (arranged by RoTak or Customer). Oversize and/or heavy items require additional shipping and handling fees and may require additional delivery time.
• Alternate shipping arrangements may be available. Contact RoTak for details. Additional handling fees will apply.
• We attempt to ship orders complete - however partial shipments may be necessary at times.
